Shipping Policy

At Marco Pelusi Hair Studio, we want to ensure your premium haircare products arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and fulfillment guidelines below.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: Please allow up to 3 business days for our team to prepare and package your order.

  • Note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If you place an order over the weekend or during a holiday, processing may take more than 72 hours.
  • You will receive a tracking confirmation email when your order is on its way.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground.  The final delivery may come via USPS.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, please allow 1 week to 10 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

  • Domestic Only: We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Local In-Store Pickup

Online ordering for automatic store pickup is not integrated at checkout, but we love seeing our local clients! To arrange a local pickup at our West Hollywood salon, please call us directly to place your order.

Damages & Returns

We take great care in packing your products, but if your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

  • Email us within 5 business days of delivery at help@marcopelusi.com.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for you.
